The Custom Stationery Process
Ready to book Viviane Rodrigues Calligraphy for your next gathering? Here’s how the process works:
Discovery
Once you contact me, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to learn more about your event, style, and stationery needs. If I need any additional details, I’ll follow up by email or schedule a quick phone call to finalize everything together.
Quote & Acceptance
After we confirm all the details, I’ll prepare a quote for your review. Once approved, I’ll send over the contract and invoice.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Design Proofs & Approval
This is where the fun begins! Based on everything we discussed, I’ll create 3 design proofs for you to review and choose from. Once you select your favorite, I’ll refine it into the final design.
Please note: 3 proofs are included in the project. Additional proofs or revisions beyond that may require an extra fee.
Delivery
Once the final proof is approved, I’ll prepare and ship your stationery to the specified location. The remaining balance is due at this stage, prior to delivery.
