Process

Ready to book Viviane Rodrigues Calligraphy for your next gathering? Here’s the process to get started:

• Discovery 

Once you contact me I will forward you a questionnaire to complete. It will provide me with important information about the event and your design needs. If I need more clarification then I will follow up with additional emails or a phone conversation to solidify the details.

• Quote & Acceptance

After we finalize all the details I will prepare a quote for you to review and approve. Upon approval, I will send you a contract and an invoice. 50% of the project rate is required prior to beginning work and 50% is due upon project completion.

• Proof Design & Approval

Now, this is where the fun begins! I will take everything we have discussed and begin the design process. I will draft 3 proofs for you to choose from. I will use the proof you choose to create the final product.

Note: 3 proofs are included. Additional fee will apply if more proofs are requested.

• Delivery

Once we’ve decided which proof is THE proof, I will create the final product and ship it the specified location.. This is also when the remaining balance is due.
